EMS Consulting was shifting from an implementation partner to a full-service consultancy, but their brand didn't reflect that evolution. The existing identity was dated and positioned them as a vendor, not a strategic partner. Leadership knew they needed to show up differently in the market, but four executives with different priorities needed to align on what that actually looked like.
I led the brand transformation from strategy through execution, directing a team through logo development, comprehensive brand guidelines, website redesign, and ongoing collateral systems. The work required aligning the CEO, CFO, VP of Sales, and VP of Development on creative direction while maintaining momentum through a complete identity overhaul. The new brand opened doors with partners and customers that weren't accessible before, supporting the business shift from tactical execution to strategic consulting.
